<p>How do you feel when you ring someone you want to do business with and they say &#8220;Who is it, who are you?&#8221; You are not impressed! Then you have to remind them that you met at the &#8216;whatever&#8217; event.</p>
<p>But how do you feel when you ring someone you want to do business with and they say? &#8220;Hi (your name) how are you?&#8221; Straight away you feel valued and the initial barrier is broken &#8211; you are already good contacts!</p>
<p>The point is that all YOU need to do is put your contacts name and mobile number in your contact list. It is that easy &#8211; that is what it is for, but it is amazing the number of people who do not! You know what you know &#8211; but you dont know what you dont know!  </p>
