Welcome To The Digital Marketing Era
Put 100 Blackberry owners in a room together you would have 100 people who use their Blackberrys in different ways. They could probably do 100’s of things, but some would, some wouldn’t, some could and some just couldn’t! The reason is that we are all self taught on so many subjects. We learn things to a comfort level we choose. A bit like ski-ing, so many people learn to ski, they love it to bits, but get to a comfort level and will never go down a black run.
That same comment applies to mobile, email, html, blogging, social media, websites and all offline and offline advertising and marketing activities. You name it, we know what we know, but we don’t know what we don’t know, but the reality is that these are now the consumers favourite technologies! Billions of searches are made every week, 1.5 billion texts are sent every week, 2 million emails are sent every second and we are all exposed to 3000+ adverts per day.
